Complying with all the authority recommendations and measures, we have closed all of our indoor dining rooms and will remain open for dine in by serving guests at our new outside patio in the South Bay, West Hollywood and Hollywood Locations.
The West LA location will for now stay open only for Take Out, Curbside Pick up and Delivery. . These are challenging times but keeping you and our community safe is our first priority.

Bossa Nova in Hollywood at 7181 West Sunset Blvd and in West Hollywood at 685 N. Robertson Blvd feature a new outside patio where used to be our parking lots. Come and enjoy Bossa Nova delicious food in an open and safe atmosphere. And please remember, no mask = no entry.

Great News! Our four locations are now open for dine in!
Please come with your face mask as we are following CDC and Health Department instructions and protocols. Unfortunately we will refuse the entrance of anyone not wearing a face mask in any of our four locations.
Our dining capacity have been reduced to adequate to social distancing and they are at least 6’ a part among so many others safety measures.

Reopening of Dining Rooms
First of all, we would like to emphasize our sincere concern for everyone who has been impacted by the coronavirus (COVID-19).
The health of all our team members and guests are and always will be our highest priority. . The Los Angeles County has given the ok for all restaurants to be reopened for dining service starting May 29th, 2020.
With that in mind, we are preparing for the reopening of our restaurant’s dining room with restrict guidelines, and we want you to know that we have taken aggressive steps to ensure a clean and safe Bossa Nova experience during these challenging times.
Below are some of the steps we are doing to keep all patrons and team members safe:
* Performing daily wellness and temperature checks on all Bossa Nova team members. Anyone displaying symptoms will be immediately sent home. * Enforcing 6-foot social distancing for all our guests. * Having our staff responsible to sanitize all high contact areas during their shifts. * Requiring all Bossa Nova team members to wear masks and plastic gloves at all times while working at Bossa Nova. * Requiring all Bossa Nova team members to wash their hands every 15 minutes or less. * Sanitizing surfaces with increased frequency and using disinfectant to kill viruses. * Applying tamper evident seals on all delivery containers and having contactless options available. * Having hand sanitizer available in our pre areas, work stations and restrooms. * Making reservations available through Open Table. * Providing a QR code for guests to scan to access a digital menu on their mobile device should they prefer not to use one of our disposable menus or sanitized menus. * Not presetting any tables. * Providing takeout containers for guests who prefer to wrap their own leftovers. * Sanitizing pens after guest

Installation of Air Conditioner Devices
As an extra measure to keep our team members and patrons safe we have installed in our stores air conditioner devices called iWave-C that purify the air keeping the ambient free of mold, bacterias and viruses. Below you can find a brief description of the product:
iWave-C is a self-cleaning, bi-polar ionization generator for actively treating a building’s air quality that does not require replacement parts in a year or two like competing UV lights or other ionizer technologies. In addition, the iWave-C produces and maintains unparalleled ionization output and capabilities. As the air flows past the iWave-C, the device emits positive and negative ions, creating a plamsa region that actively purifies the supply air, killing mold, bacteria and viruses in the coil and living space. The ionization process also reduces allergens, smoke and static electricity, as well as controlling odors (cooking, pet, VOCs) and other particles (no more sunbeams) in the air without creating ozone or any harmful byproducts.
We keep working to improve our safety measures in order to ensure your food is safe from preparation to delivery. For this reason we are offering contactless delivery for all customers that choose to pre pay their orders by ordering through our website or app.
Below you’ll find the steps that our delivery drivers take when delivering your order:
1- You place your order thru our app and/or our Website. . 2- Bossa Nova driver gets to your home/office with your order in a Bossa thermal bag, places it at the floor, opens the thermal bag in front of you, rings the bell, distances him/herself 6 ft and awaits for your to open the door. 3- Bossa Nova driver greets you and kindly asks you to get your order inside of the thermal bag. 4- Once you have taken your order and closed the door, our driver picks up the Bossa thermal bag, disinfects it and places back in their car. 5- You can enjoy your meal safely!
Contactless Curbside Pickup

It is with a heavy heart that we must inform you that we shut down all four dining experiences in our restaurants starting on March 16th. We are currently only taking delivery, pick up, and take out orders from all of our four locations.
We understand that these are radical actions, but Bossa Nova will always comply with all authority recommendations and measures. We want to be a part of the solution to this crisis.
Bossa Nova has been partnered with 3rd party delivery companies such as Postmates, Door Dash, UberEats, GrubHub, and OfficeExpress and we will continue to do so throughout this period. We are launching a discount promotion with these ordering platforms starting this weekend as well.
All our patrons will also have the option to either call into the stores or use our app to place their delivery orders with us directly, if that is preferred. We have also launched a new discount program for all direct call in, pick up, and take out orders. Our stores will be operating within their usual hours. We will also be adding more professional drivers and cashiers to fulfill your orders.
We would like to emphasize that we are taking extreme sanitary, processing, and deep cleaning measures throughout the working day. We want to ensure that our food is still safe in your hands. To further aid this need, we are sealing all of our delivery orders to make sure they get to you without any outside contact during the delivery process. These are challenging times, but Bossa Nova will always do its part in keeping you and our community safe.
